Our History

Valiant was found in 2010.The number of employees in the initial stage is 4.

2014

Our History

After a few years of development, Valiant has grown to 60 employees and more than 3,000 square meters of production space. And with Brazil's largest mining group Vale, China General Nuclear Power, Saudi Aramco reached cooperation.

2017

Our History

Valiant's products became the exclusive police equipment for the Asian Summit, and reached a partnership with MRL to become the second largest equipment rental company in the United States, Sunbelt supplier.

2018

Our History

In 2018, we set up our Australian office. Valiant and Hitachi Group reached a partnership, and at the same time won the national high-tech enterprise.

Slice

The large piece of steel is hoisted onto the machine by the crane, and the operator will select the imported cutting pattern according to the shape of the required parts, carry out a series of checks on the machine, etc., and start cutting. After the work is completed, the parts are numbered and classified according to the pattern, and the parts that need to be bent are sent into the bending area.

Bend

Bend parts that need to be bent into a "V" or "U" shape. Operators with more than five years of experience will use high-precision bending machines to make traceless bending of such parts.

Soldering

The parts that have been cut and bent will be placed in order in the welding area. Conventional parts can be welded using welding robots, with guaranteed accuracy and quality, and faster efficiency. Special parts of custom products are manually welded by highly skilled operators. The "manual" plus "machine" model greatly improves the precision and quality of manufacturing. At the end of the welding process, the parts will be inspected and some details will be processed, and will be placed in the sandblasting area.

Sand Blast

The finished parts are sandblasted to improve the fatigue resistance of the parts. We use a sandblasting machine, using compressed air as power, to form a high-speed spray beam and spray the spray material at high speed to the surface of the parts that need to be treated. The mechanical properties of the surface of the component are improved, so that it is not easy to be corroded, and the adhesion between the coating is increased and the durability is extended.

Burnish

After some series of treatment, the parts need to be polished again to clean some defects on the parts. The operator will use a sander, sandpaper and sanding sponge to smooth the uneven areas on the parts. This step increases aesthetics and surface adhesion for easy spraying. After processing, these parts will be transferred to the spray area for spraying treatment.

Spraying plastics

For the parts placed in the spray area, the operator will first check. Prevent non-standard parts from being sprayed directly. For qualified parts, the operator will select the color powder required by the customer according to different order requirements and spray the parts. This can both improve the appearance of beauty and extend the service life, so that the parts can resist the erosion of wind sand and rain, and can obtain durable quality.

Fine grinding

The sprayed parts are finely ground by the operator using 400 mesh sandpaper to maintain a consistent thickness of the material. When the fine grinding is completed, the pre-processing of the parts is really complete.

Assemble

After the previous processing of qualified parts can be sent to the assembly and electrical assembly workshop, by our professional assembly personnel for the box, axle, jack and lifting rod and other components installation, and into the battery and controller and other important parts, complete the initial assembly.

Electric fitting

When the assembly is completed, DENso personnel will be arranged to enter and link the various appliances and appliances and controllers. Complete the assembly of each electrical appliance.

Test

When the above steps are completed, Denso personnel are required to test the product. Test it to see if it works properly and meets customer standards.

Adjustment

The finished products will be adjusted according to the requirements of customers, the brightness of the light, the lifting speed of the mast, and the electrical appliances that need to be automatically operated. Quality inspection will be arranged for the products after adjustment.

Quality testing

The products arranged for quality inspection will be neatly placed in the finished product workshop. The staff responsible for quality inspection will inspect the products according to the established standards, and the unqualified and problematic positions will be marked with arrows of different colors. It is then corrected by the personnel who assemble and Denso these problematic parts. Packing will not be arranged until it is fully qualified.

Pack

After the inspection is completed, the packaging stage is entered. Our packaging staff will use plastic film, sheet and wooden frame to pack the product. So that the product will not be damaged in the distant transportation due to collision. It can also be dustproof and waterproof to a certain extent. Ensure that the product can be delivered to the customer in good condition.

Deliver

After the various processes are completed, the product is ready to be shipped. Because the weight of the machine is large, it is necessary to use the forklift to insert the special hole set at the bottom of the trailer, neatly placed into the container, and will leave a little gap, so that the product will not be damaged because of shaking and collision with each other during transportation.
