Why load inverter?
Near the pole, there are times when there is not enough light for the panels to generate enough electricity for the solar power light tower to work, because the light is not stable. Therefore, light tower used in these locations need to be equipped with diesel or gasoline generators, and equipped with inverters and mains charging ports. Since the generator generates alternating current, the mains power is also alternating current (AC), but the battery pack and LED light pack that store the power can only accept direct current (DC). Therefore, it is necessary to use an inverter to convert alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC).
The advantages of solar power light tower
The main advantage of solar power light towers compared to those using diesel/gasoline as the main energy source is energy saving.

Consumption of diesel 4.65L or 6L gasoline. Charging the battery pack with three 575W solar panels takes 5.5 hours and uses "0" fuel. Although the charging speed of solar panels is relatively slow, about 1.85 times that of diesel and gasoline, it has no energy consumption. And even on rainy days, it only takes seven hours to fully charge, while most parts of the world get more than eight hours of sunshine a day.
It can be seen that the biggest advantage of solar power light towers is that there is no energy cost, which protects the environment and saves costs. And as people's awareness of environmental protection gradually increases, many countries or regions have issued regulations to strictly limit the use of diesel/gasoline generators. Therefore, in the future, solar power light towers will become more and more common.
